CCML offers unique learning experiences for kids and families from birth to age twelve. Whether to join in on the fun during a program or to check out our awesome resources and materials, we invite you to explore your library. We can't wait to see you here!

Summer Reading begins May 30th with our kick-off Mess-tival! This year's theme is 'Color Your World' and we have lots of fun, FREE programs to help bring out your child's inner artist!

Delicious Book Club
Join us Tuesdays in June and July for Delicious Book Club. We will read a different book each week and then make a craft and snack based on that book! Please call ahead to with allergy concerns.

Mini Monets

Wednesdays @ 11 a.m.
Meeting Room
Wednesdays are for artists! Join us as we explore famous artists and create masterpieces in their style. Every Wednesday in June and July except June 11th.

Important!
Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other caretaker over the age of 16. These are not drop-off programs!

Calling all inventors and tinkerers! Wednesday afternoons this summer, we'll be making all sorts of contraptions- from cardboard catapults to PVC pipe marshmallow shooters!

A new adventure every Tuesday this summer! Escape rooms, kid-friendly D&D campaigns, mystery challenges, and more await our young adventurers.

Parents do not have to stay for the entirety of the program, but they must sign in with their child.
Special Events for the Whole Family

May 30th 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. Join us on the Library Lawn for a messy play day and register for Summer Reading!

June 13th @ 11 a.m. Join us in the Meeting Room to welcome the South Carolina Aquarium!

June 19th @ 6 p.m. A dance party for the whole family with lights, bubbles, and family-friendly music.

June 20th @ 2 p.m. There's a mystery afoot! Put together all the clues to figure out who is haunting the library.

July 25th @ 2 p.m. "Snowball' Fight! Come prepared to get wet!

Our farewell to summer- this will be messy, so dress accordingly!
