The Library will be closed on Saturday, May 25th through Monday May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.

Illustrate-A-Book Program Books For Sale!

The Illustrate-A-Book (IAB) program was created by Children’s Librarian Shiela M. Keaise at the Colleton County Memorial Library to encourage talented children to find pleasure in reading and to get them motivated to make a difference in their community.  Since creative, gifted, talented, and bright children frequently experience restlessness, inattention, and day-dreaming, the IAB’s mission is to re-channel their behavior while providing fulfillment and accomplishment. •  Thanks to help from our wonderful patrons and innovative staff the library won the Beaufort Fund Video Competition sponsored by the Coastal  Community Foundation.
