Illustrate-A-Book Program Books For Sale!
Illustrate-A-Book (IAB) program was created by Children’s Librarian Shiela
M. Keaise at the Colleton County Memorial Library to encourage talented
children to find pleasure in reading and to get them motivated to make a
difference in their community. Since creative, gifted, talented, and bright
children frequently experience restlessness, inattention, and day-dreaming,
the IAB’s mission is to re-channel their behavior while providing
